How billing works
Plus bills $7 each month, or $60 once a year, for the period you choose. The price is shown before you subscribe, and the plan renews automatically until you cancel.
The yearly plan costs $60, which is $24 less than twelve months at $7.
Cancel any time
Stop Plus from your account settings at any time. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Plus keeps working until the paid month or year runs out.
If Plus lapses
Nothing is thrown out. Every project stays viewable, and you keep one active project, the same as Free.
Your numbers
You enter every figure yourself. With Plus you can export the final cost report and keep it. Cobblewood never sells your project information and does not share it with contractors, retailers or lenders.
No bank connections
Cobblewood never connects to a bank account and never moves money between you and anyone on the job. Deposits, payments and receipts are figures you type in.
Is Free enough?
For one small job, often. A single small project can run start to finish on Free: budget, contingency, line items and the payment and receipt log. Plus earns its keep when there are bids to compare or a partner to share with.
