Cobblewood keeps a home renovation on budget, from the first bid to the final punch list, using the figures members enter themselves.
Cobblewood is a budgeting tool for home renovation projects. Members set a total budget and a contingency, break the work into line items, enter the bids they receive so they can be compared side by side, and log deposits, progress payments, receipts, and change orders against each line.
Every figure in Cobblewood is entered by the member. Cobblewood does not process payments, hold funds, or connect to bank accounts, and it does not refer, recommend, rate, or match contractors.
The free plan includes one active project with a budget, contingency, line items, and a payment and receipt log. Cobblewood Plus, at $7 per month or $60 per year, adds unlimited projects, side-by-side comparison of up to five bids, a change-order log, a shared project with a partner, and an exportable final cost report.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you paid for.

Cobblewood is not a contractor, lender, financial advisor, or construction professional. Bid comparisons, overrun flags, and cost reports reflect only the figures you enter; they are not cost estimates, quotes, appraisals, or guarantees of any price or outcome.
Cobblewood does not vouch for any contractor, bid, product, or price, and does not offer, arrange, or advertise financing. Decisions about whom to hire and what to spend are yours alone. Consult qualified professionals for construction, legal, or financial advice.
4. Member Content and Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the budgets, bids, payments, receipts, and other information you enter. Cobblewood calculates totals and comparisons from that information as entered and is not responsible for errors in it.
If you share a project with a partner, that person can view and edit the project according to the access you grant, and you may remove that access at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Cobblewood website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Cobblewood or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from Cobblewood.
The Cobblewood name and logo are trademarks of Cobblewood. Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of Cobblewood.
6. SMS Messaging – Account Notifications Only
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Cobblewood, you consent to receive account notification text messages related to your Cobblewood account. These messages may include sign-in and verification codes, account security alerts, Cobblewood Plus billing and renewal notices, and confirmations of changes to your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
Cobblewood does not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS. All text messages you receive from us relate directly to your own account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account or making a purchase.

The Cobblewood website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cobblewood does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cobblewood disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
